Monterey recorded seven property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only one carries a sale price in registry data so far: 42 Sandisfield Rd., which sold Oct. 2 for $337,500 to buyer Pittsfield Cooperative Bank. The other six sales, including two on Sylvan Road, have no price yet, consistent with the registry's typical lag of about a week before consideration amounts post. Two sellers were financial institutions (Lee Bank, Greylock Federal Credit Union) and one transfer came from a revocable trust. With pricing available for only one of seven sales, the data does not support a clear read on market tone this period.
