Point Road sale tops $1.8 million as ten deeds record in Monterey
Ten property deeds recorded in Monterey between July 3 and Aug. 1, six with a disclosed sale price. Prices ranged from $4,000 to $1,820,000, with a median of $275,000. The month's top sale was 25 Point Rd at $1,820,000, sold by trustees Donald L. and Roberta A. Hutcher to US Bank NA. Fox Hill Road saw three separate transfers, the most of any street in the period. Four deeds, including two estate transfers, listed no sale price. With ten total transactions, the period reflects a modest, typical volume for the small town.
