Moran and Regina Moran; the buyers were Figure Lending LLC and Figure. A property in Monterey, with no street address listed in the deed, sold for $18,500 on June 30. The sellers were Charlene Pouliot and Dennis Nubile; the buyer was Spenser Gralla.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Blue Hill Road had two transfers in the period: 33 Blue Hill Road, which moved from NBT Bank NA and SBT Mortgage Service Corp. to Christopher F.
