MONTEREY -- Twelve deeds were recorded in Monterey between June 19 and July 18, led by a $1.82 million sale on Point Road, though sale prices were disclosed in fewer than half of the transactions.

MARKET OVERVIEW Twelve property transfers were recorded during the period. Of those, five listed a sale price, ranging from $4,000 to $1,820,000, with a median of $124,998 among the disclosed prices. The remaining seven transactions did not include a stated consideration amount, which is common in deed records and does not necessarily reflect a property's market value. Twelve recorded deeds is a notable volume for a single town over one month by count alone, but with price data available for less than half the transactions, the overall direction of sale values during the period cannot be fully assessed from this dataset.

The sellers were Amanda Redler and Adam Schouela; the buyers were Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc and Eastern Bank. 715 Main Rd sold July 8 for $124,998. The seller was Regina E. Moran; the buyers were Figure Lending LLC and Figure. An unspecified Monterey address sold June 30 for $18,500. The sellers were Charlene Pouliot and Dennis Nubile; the buyer was Spenser Gralla. 0 Fox Hill Rd sold July 6 for $4,000. The seller was Sierra LLC; the buyer was Matthew Amstead.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN Two streets had multiple recorded transfers during the period. Fox Hill Road saw two: 0 Fox Hill Rd and 19 Fox Hill Rd, both recorded July 6. Blue Hill Road also saw two: 33 Blue Hill Rd and 136 Blue Hill Rd, both recorded June 22.
